I learned from my days playing college basketball that if you want to be the best you have to work at it.  This holds true when it comes to the service I provide.  I believe that an agent should have a relationship with their clients in which the agent listens to the clients insurance needs and concerns and does his best to meet those needs.  I believe an agent is only as good as the service they provide--service is JOB 1.  I work hard at maintaining a high level of service and trust with my clients
